At Proline Range Hoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your kitchen upgrade. If your unit isn't the perfect fit, you can return your range hood in its original, uninstalled condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 30-day return window.

  Pack Your Product

  Securely place the range hood in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective materials to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping labels to the outer box and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger units.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
